Using cvAvenue Website and Service

Registration, Account and accessing CV templates

  • Our Website and Service are not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
  • When you use Our Website, you have the opportunity to register an account.
    You must register for an account, and provide accurate details, including your email, name, last name and a password to protect the security of your account.
    You are responsible for keeping your password secure, safe and confidential.
    Any activity that happens under Your account will be Your responsibility.
    If ever You think that Your account may no longer be secure, you need to notify us immediately at support@cvavenue.com.
    You can also reset your password via https://cvavenue.co.uk/forgot-password.
  • Once registered, you cannot change your Last Name on your account. Your Last Name will appear on every CV template by default and cannot be changed or modified, so please pay attention to provide Last Name correctly without any errors during your account registration flow.
  • Upon successful registration and payment, you gain limited-time access to the Service as per your Plan.
  • During this period, You can create, update, and delete CV content, preview and download CV templates for personal use

Service, Payment, Refunds

Downloadable Content and User Agreement

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    • By Registering for an account on our Website, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    • Registration alone does not grant access to downloadable CV templates or additional services, unless you are choosing a plan and pay for it.
  2. Access to CV Templates and Services
    • To access and download CV templates, You must purchase a Plan
    • All payments are one-time payment and grant limited-time access (depending on the Plan purchased) to edit your CV and downloadable CV templates;
    • During these period, You may:
      • Create, update, and delete CV content
      • Download CV templates for personal use only
  3. No Right to Cancel After Purchase
    • BY PURCHASING A PLAN, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR STATUTORY 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL IS WAIVED.
    • As our Service include instant access to digital content, the plan is non-refundable once payment is completed
  4. Payment Terms
    • Your plan is valid for the agreed-upon duration specified at the time of purchase. During this time, You may use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  5. Personal Use Only
    • CV templates and Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of downloaded content is strictly prohibited.
  6. Confirmation of Agreement
    • These Terms will be presented during registration and when purchasing a plan. Your continued use of the Service indicates Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

User Responsibilities

  • The service is designed to be used by and for one person - the account holder;
  • You must NOT share or distribute the downloaded CV templates for commercial purposes;
  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of downloaded templates or parts of them, as well as design of templates or this Website is strictly prohibited;
  • Ensure that your account information is accurate and kept secure;
  • Misuse of the Service may result in account suspension or termination of this agreement;
  • When using Our Website or Services, you must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that’s malicious or technologically harmful.
  • You must not try to gain unauthorised access to Our Website, the server on which it’s stored or any server, computer or database connected to it.

  • After 12 months of inactivity, all account data, including Your CV content, will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
